In the 1920s Jackson, benefitting from the generosity of Andrew Carnegie, constructed a new elegant limestone Library. Over the next 100 years the building served its community well, but time took its toll. Woodard and Associates was pleased to be able to assist the Library in the restoration of the limestone exterior and the skylights in the roof.
