Woodard & Associates Architects specializes in custom architecture and historic preservation, helping communities restore and reimagine beloved spaces.
Historic buildings carry stories — of faith, community, and purpose. Our work honors that legacy while making spaces functional, beautiful, and enduring for generations to come.
Whether enhancing an existing structure or restoring original intent, we tailor each project with care.
With over 40 years of experience in preservation, we specialize in safeguarding original materials, honoring historical details, and working closely with preservation boards and local municipalities to bring buildings back to life — responsibly and respectfully.
Over the last 12 plus years our company has used Woodard Associates to create drawings for additions, to submit permits, and for quoting projects. Jeanette has shown us she has the knowledge for producing these drawings to exactly what we requested. When communicating with all local townships and city officials, Woodard Associate’s has the comfortable advantage when discussing our project concerns and understanding codes. This makes the permitting process quicker with more accuracy on the prints for the trades to aid in their efficiency. We use her currently and will continue to use her on our future projects in the future. She is a pleasure to work with and is always there when I need her. We look forward in many more years of service.
I am pleased to offer a few words of recommendation for Jeannette Woodard whom I have personally known for over 13 years, and whom I greatly appreciate for her professional abilities and for her ease of communication. Jeannette is an accomplished professional very attentive to details, both for the project and for the needs of the client. In the process of designing a complex and large church we were fortunate to work with Jeannette, and the final product is a construction that is continuously admired for its details and proportions. References for the design architect have been requested a number of times.
With more than four decades of architectural experience, Jeannette Woodard has dedicated her career to designing meaningful spaces and preserving our built heritage. She approaches each project with personal attention, historical understanding, and a belief that architecture should elevate both function and spirit.
